AliExpress updated order online rate rules to be implemented on May 6

On April 28, AliExpress updated the rules on the online rate of orders, and the rules will be officially implemented from May 6. In the description of the 24 hours/ 48 hours/ 72 hours/ 5 days Internet access rate indicator, the numerator refers to the past 30 days, all shipments and (logistics Internet access time – payment successful (successful risk control audit)) time is less than or equal to 24 hours / 48 hours / 72 hours / 5 days of orders;

The denominator refers to the number of orders with successful payment (successful risk control review) in the past 30 days – the number of orders successfully cancelled/overdue cancellation; the calculation is based on the US-Western time, considering the feedback delay of logistics online time, and the unified will reserve 7 days.

In addition, the statistical time is all natural days. Considering the following particularities, part of the time is excluded from the statistics. For orders shipped from mainland China, the calculation is valid from Monday to Saturday. Sundays, labor holidays, National Day holidays, and Spring Festival holidays are not counted into 24 hours / 48 hours / 72 hours / 5 days;

Shipping orders from Hong Kong warehouses are calculated from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, labor holidays, National Day holidays, and Spring Festival holidays are not counted into 24 hours / 48 hours / 72 hours / 5 days; orders shipped from overseas warehouses , the calculation is valid from Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and overseas holidays of various countries are not counted into 24 hours / 48 hours / 72 hours / 5 days.

In terms of the scope of order assessments based on the Internet access rate index, the platform comprehensively considers the business operation, logistics collection and delivery, and temporarily does not assess orders in the following scenarios:

1. Orders with custom properties refer to orders with a delivery period of > 7 days that will not be assessed for the time being; it is expected that the platform will release an announcement on the adjustment of AliExpress custom properties categories in May

2. Special category supplementary link is not assessed

3. For special products (such as large items, liquid powder, etc.), the seller’s order through custom delivery will not be assessed for the time being

4. In the overseas warehouse route, if the seller uses a non-Cainiao official warehouse route or an overseas route that is not directly connected to the platform’s trajectory data, the generated orders will not be evaluated for the time being.
